請教各位
減資以往有印象的 是中華電 近期的國巨
連權值的 鴻海也進行減資 甚至往陸股掛牌
一個市場 出現大量減資潮 是不是代表台股市場長線
被不看好公司的發展經營？
另外和經營相關的疑問是
例如統一超和全家是兩大超商龍頭
但是統一超股本 可說是全家3倍有餘，
店數相去不遠 海外市場佈局也是實力相當
那麼是全家不需要擴充到百億的股本經營公司？
為何統一超則需要百億的股本,市值 去募資運作？ 要是統一超也減資 不就也飛天上看n百?
希望能為非財務金融本科系的小弟開釋~謝謝
