有關icashpay的客服處理流程 - 行動支付

上週末因icashpay綁定元大銀行帳戶,無法在支付工具內顯示,且無法再重新綁定,所以
週六去電客服協助解決,客服回覆週末無法處理,需等待3-5天;後來週一及周二上班日
再去電客服,答案仍是確認中,且要等周五才能回覆,想說行動支付等同金融工具,處理
這麼久實在是很難說的過去(銀行都不會處理這麼久了),所以請客服看能否直接幫我轉資
訊部門,可以直接溝通解決,結果跟我回覆說他們沒有跟資訊部門聯繫的方法,我真的是
無話可說!
想請問各位大大,跟愛金卡的客服聯繫是否只能一直等待?這樣的狀況是正常的嗎?
