《證交所》會計師出具無法表示意見及淨值為負 東貝11月10日下市
東貝(2499)上市有價證券停止買賣及併案列為變更交易方法且
採行分盤集合競價交易方式，而該公司昨天補行公告並申報108年度財務報告，
但簽證會計師出具無法表示意見查核報告且淨值為負數，
核有證交所營業細則第50條第1項第5款及第50之1條第1項第9款規定情事，
今天持續併案停止買賣，並將於今年11月10日終止上市。
