新光金為何股價這麼低？ - 股票

新光金累積前兩個月eps已經0.49元，
屌打一堆電子股，但股價竟然只有9元？
可以請教一下是什麼原因嗎？
他去年eps 1.34元，只配息0.4元，
大概看了一下，他之前都是賺多配少，
但再怎麼少，至少是賺錢，
沒道理掉到面額以下吧？
10元以下不都是那些長期虧損的公司嗎？
為什麼新光金股價可以這麼低？
