我們家因為有研發出食品的獨特配方
不知道這樣可否申請專利
因為我們很怕配方外流
被抄襲我們就沒有和別家食品店競爭的優勢了
要請事務所幫忙我們申請專利嗎
不知道這樣問會不會被噓
