中芯國際肩負救國大任,獲得大陸政府砸巨資的大力扶持,希望能在半導體領域追趕台積
電、三星等一線大廠。但路透引述業內人士看法表示,美中關係急速凍結,已經注定拉大
中芯國際與台積電之間的差距,中芯上市反而讓技術差距更技術差距A股投資人眼中。
報導也援引專家說法,中芯國際技術難與台積電匹敵,至少10年內無法挖到大咖客戶訂單
,原因在於美中交惡,中芯無法取得美國設備,更別想為華為代工晶片。
中芯國際2020年資本支出大約47億美元,僅有台積電的33%。Bernstein Research指出,
想跟台積電競爭,中芯透過上市募資投入研發,在招股書提到,此次募集資金約有66億美
元要建晶片廠使用14奈米、7奈米技術製造晶片,相較其他廠商如格芯、聯電已放棄7奈米
專注其利基市場,但中芯作為大陸指標企業,背負技術突破的壓力。
Bernstein Research認為,美國的手已掐住中芯咽喉,若沒有美國設備,中芯可能只停留
在14奈米,無法跨入7奈米等更先進製程。
