以前小時候都覺得，政府專家怎麼可能那麼傻
長大了之後才知道，政府和專家都屬於一個組織，一個網絡
他們是依照組織學的原理行動的
組織學的原理講起來很抽象，實際上是什麼，其實就是那些
考績、與政敵的績效競爭、制度的互相牽制、死要面子
時間不夠、壓力很大，危機來的時候時間更不夠、壓力更大
他們不是依靠個人的邏輯行動的，是依靠組織學的原理行動的
所以，以前小時候都覺得，政府專家怎麼可能那麼傻
大部分時間，他們的確比你強比你聰明
但某些時候，他們真的比你笨，你要有信心
這道理不只台灣，全世界都一樣，很多人在吹的什麼CIA FBI FED都一樣
