房屋貸款VS理財型房貨
前者貸款五百萬 利率約2%
後者貸款約定最高五百萬 利率約3%起 好處是隨借隨還
本人有投資需求,如 股票,基金,外匯,原料等
不需要一次動用五百萬
就兩者貸款方式,不知道那個對我較划算呢?
前者,不需要那麼多錢,但利息滿低
後者,符合我的需求,隨借隨還,但利息高,可能會減少我的投報率
所以想請教各位,你們會選何者呢?
