房屋估價及貸款 - 貸款

目前在 社團法人(非財團法人) 工作中

去年跟老婆的收合約 98W(國稅局登計的數字)

二個人存款約100W

想買 高市三民區的中古屋 約700W

無信用不良 僅有就學貸款正常清償中

想使用首購及安心成家專案

不知道欲買的房屋是否能估價及能貸多少?
