2.房地產對國庫稅收貢獻度並不高
眾所周知不動產稅收多半是地方稅
只有新的房地合一稅是國稅
地價稅房屋稅土增稅契稅印花稅都是地方稅
就算把國稅與地方稅加總起來算總租稅
也絕對沒有25%

土增832 地價572 房屋784
契稅印花稅都在其他裡面 其他總共350
(832+572+784+350)/22599=11.2%

既然你說的這麼肯定 應該有數據吧?
4.同樣的 請列出日本韓國的百大富豪
然後看不動產出身的人的比例
