現在房屋是緩跌
我姊在馬英九時代買了一個京站附近100步的公寓
20坪1600萬 貸款好幾年現在還沒有還掉
持有地坪4坪 都更成本一坪400萬
而且又老又舊 會漏水
現在跌到1000萬了 也不會想要賣
我姊反而沒有居住在這間公寓 自己搬到每個月兩萬五的公寓住
現在根本在緩跌 明年蔡英文上任 房地產又要準備跌了
韓國瑜上任房地產就會漲
至少蔡英文這三年讓房地產緩跌 如果是大跌
就會造成銀行呆帳太多 本土性金融風暴
我老實說 我親戚大都是K黨的地方民意代表
他們對地方的發展有嗅覺
哪裡還沒開發但是未來會開發 早就進場逢低買進
大炒一番
要不是陳水扁靠一次金改和他自己貪汙救了國民黨
不然國民黨現在早就趴在地上
蔡英文才不會讓陳水扁好過 死不特赦陳水扁就是這個原因
不過沒選蔡英文沒關係 可以選韓國瑜 真正讓有房地產的發大財
像香港模式 一坪飆到三千萬的地王都有可能
服貿2.0 只要國民黨立委85席 就可以強力通過
大家來一起支持K黨吧
