悠遊聯名卡停卡要小心 - 信用卡

之前先辦了一張凱基KGI鈦金悠遊聯名卡後，又跑去開戶辦了一張Combo卡。
由於功能完全重複，於是剛打電話去把沒有金融卡功能的舊悠遊聯名卡停卡。
一開始都很順利，也沒說要親自去分行停卡，就完成停卡手續了。
最後就跟客服確認一下悠遊卡沒用完的部分何時會退回帳戶，
沒想到客服說，會在原卡片的有效期限到期時退回，也就是2020年......
確認過好多次，客服說約定條款是這樣無誤，立馬請他取消我的停卡，差點沒嚇死我。
所以提請大家一下，如果要停凱基的悠遊聯名卡，記得要先把悠遊卡的金額用完阿！
