合作金庫、彰化銀行、永豐銀行等9家銀行預定月底前與悠遊卡公司簽約，發行悠遊
聯名卡（或記帳卡），到目前為止，合計已有17家銀行加入發行悠遊聯名卡的行列。
除了新增的9家銀行，原本已發行悠遊聯名卡的8家銀行包括中信銀、台新銀、國泰世
華銀、北富銀、玉山銀、華銀、兆豐銀與一銀等，在發行權期滿後，都將續約，悠遊
卡聯名卡市場已成為銀行「必爭之地」。
銀行主管說，本次與悠遊卡公司簽約的銀行，未來可發行悠遊聯名卡(信用卡），也
可發行記帳卡，消費者將有更多的選擇。
據了解，悠遊卡公司規定，悠遊聯名卡發行權一期為3年，新加入的發卡行每年權利金
1000萬，續約的話，權利金減為每年500萬元，同時發卡行3年合約期間，必須發卡型
少9萬張，以每張成本200元計算，新發卡銀行至少得準備4800萬元銀彈，才能加入賽局。
另外，悠遊卡公司根據每筆刷卡金額高低，收取千分之2至萬分之5的費用，也就是說
，銀行如果想靠發行悠遊聯名卡賺錢，恐怕是好幾年以後的事情。
