,預計興建186戶,目前施工進度是建築鋼骨都已組立完成,正在分層進行混凝土澆灌作
業,此次起火的是B2區的大樓,施工進度是正在像工務局申報22樓頂版勘驗。
工務局施工科長潘亮宇表示,根據工地主任說法,大約晚間6點半左後發現16、17樓有火
苗竄出,通報消防局前往灌救,但火勢已經快速沿燒,當地居民經過拍下影片,只見大樓
15到24層都陷入火海,還不時有建材掉落,直呼「超恐怖」、「嚇死人了」。
依規定營造廠商每進行一層樓的澆灌作業後,都必須申報勘驗,每次建築師跟營造廠技師
都必須到場,確保有無照圖施工,另外二樓版勘驗的階段,工務局會派員會同前往,確認
建築線位置,目前歷次勘驗都無問題。
