台積電的接班問題 幾乎可以寫一篇論文了
首先是雙接班人 或是三個接班人
這種制度的好處是大勢底定前 在彼此競爭下
可能可以為公司帶來最大的好處(如果不相互衝康的話)
但問題是 一旦最終有個人出線了 另一個勢必要離開
而這個人的離開往往帶動的是整個派系的人離開 對公司是一大內傷
所以台積電最後弄了個雙首長制 看來是皆大歡喜
但雙首長制下又有一個問題 到底是董事長權力大 還是總裁權力大?
你可能覺得是董事長 那可不一定 形勢上來說董事長可能只是董事會主席
而董事會是合議制 這就要看台積電內部權力如何畫分
如果一定金額以下由總裁決定 一定金額以上提報董事會決定
那總裁權力可能比董事長還大
如果是總裁還要上公文給董事長批 那就是董事長權力大
以歐美過去的情況 甚至未來可能發生總裁和董事長爭相拉攏董事的情況
張董在世時 或許對後續董事人選還有影響力 間接壓住二邊爭權
如果張董不在了 這就要看後面人的智慧了
這篇文章還提到另一個有趣的題目 就是頭銜貶值的問題
以前一家公司只有一個"總"經理 現在多的是一家公司有多個總經理
說穿了總經理就是某個事業群的主管罷了
然後總經理上面再設一個很炫的頭銜 像執行長 CEO 甚至還是總執行長的
雖然說職稱叫什麼並不會影響公司經營 甚至很多人只是頭銜"漲了" 薪水也沒多多少
但這種混亂的頭銜往往也讓人搞不清楚 誰才是一家公司真正有決定權的人
