已繳費卻被催繳 - 信用卡

手上有1x張信用卡
本來習慣超商繳費
後來部份改在全國繳費網繳費
(有回饋手續費的)
昨天突然接到玉山的發函催繳
打電話反應後
客服認為可能是沒扣到款
要我去刷簿子確認
偏偏我是64位元的作業系統
扣款帳戶是.....很無言的兆豐
網路atm不支援64位元系統
用別家網路atm查詢
也只能查詢七天內
本來想，系統出錯機率應該很小很小
直接轉帳好了，省事
後來想想
萬一真的是被全國繳費網扣款了
但是沒有給玉山
我直接又轉給玉山
那到時候等於我得自己跟全國繳費網
要回自己的帳款
所以就.....花了一小時處理電腦
一查，果然已經被扣款1x天了
應繳金額+10元手續費
跟玉山反應後
要求我提供繳費證明.....
雖然截圖很快
但私心覺得
為什麼玉山不自己去跟全國繳費網
做重複確認？
是持卡人得自己查證
自己不斷撥進客服解說
偏偏銀行客服總是得層層轉接
很浪費時間一..一
依照繳費機率看來
出錯率應該有5%
以後還是超商繳費好了.....
