昨天至東湖的富邦銀行要匯款3500 USD至scottrade在香港的花旗帳戶, 辦理業務的行員
看起來有點young, 請他用兩封電報的方式全額到，結果說兩封電報全額到的話那一封電
報就要收750…兩封就是1500!!!旁邊的資深行員也跟著說收費改了…當下傻眼只好先用一
封電報，320元…想請問說最近富邦的收費有改了嗎？ 目前戶頭還沒有入帳，晚點再來回
報被扣多少中轉費…
