家人買了一個直銷股，叫福京科技的
因本人不是很懂股票，想上來問大家
但還沒匯款但對方已經把股票交割了
說一定要付款
但是電話推銷的
他們私自刻家人的印章，這樣是不是違法？
但對方緊咬說已經成交了
這該怎麼辦？
可以還回去嗎或是該項哪個單位舉報處理
暫時不匯款
我不知道怎麼處理
我很緊張～～～～希望來問問有經驗的人
不付錢可以嗎？
還一直傳照片說已經交割了
