並退還給股東每股新台幣2元,減資後股本為59.27億元。宏盛表示,「水悅」建案5月完
工陸續入帳約45億元、「海洋都心3」第3季入帳約3億元。
宏盛建設表示,為了調整資本結構及提升股東權益報酬,因此董事決議辦理現金減資退
款股東,預計資減20%,退還股款約新台幣14億8196萬2400元,減資後股本約59億2784萬
9620元。
宏盛建設指出,今年可入帳的建案包括總銷達180億元的「海洋都心3」目前已銷售中,
預計第3季可入帳約3億元;總銷90億元,位於淡海新市鎮的「水悅」預計5月起完工入帳
,目前銷售已達一半。
另外「海上皇宮」預計5月可拿使用執照,宏盛建設將以所分得的48.39%住宅及車位,建
物面積約3948.36坪,總金額約14.14億元,與愛山林建設開發所持有「海洋都心3」交換
,預計可換回「海洋都心3」全案店面、住宅及車位持份9.5387%,建物面積約5328.63坪
。
宏盛建設說,目前宏盛汐止一處工地已在動工,正在下挖地下室,總銷約30餘億元,主
要供首購住宅,但目前還未定案名,也還未銷售,預計明年採「邊建邊售」。
