小弟是二十三歲的研究生，目前僅在學校單位當助教
最近因為參加健身俱樂部的活動所以需要限定信用卡繳納月費(約一千三/月)
目前比較想要朝向 富邦 或是 中信 學生卡申辦
但是存款餘額並不足(三萬多)以達到他們要的門檻(八萬/十萬)
而助教薪資平均也只有五千多/月
不過家人每個月會固定匯一萬三當生活費
學貸的部分也只有九萬多
總結我的問題就是 :
能把家人匯款的生活費當作申辦信用卡還款能力的保障嗎
