投資一間公司 = 看他未來的成長性
是「真正的成長性」
投資標的必須站在一個擴張中的市場,是在趨勢向上的波浪上,「有前途」
可不是「景氣循環裡的其中一波」或「資金行情中的其中一浪」
公司賺到現金流之後,他有兩個用途
(1) 再投資
(2) 發股利
這只是同一個錢袋的左手換右手而已
選(1)的公司會讓你賺到價差
不選(1)的公司 = 沒前途,因為他已經沒有什麼東西可以投
他自己也知道沒前途,所以只好把賺到的錢都還你,發你股利
殖利率很高 = 沒前途 = 賺股息賠差價
(A)真正強的公司,由於股價漲起來,殖利率馬上會被攤平,於是看起來很低
(B)而廢的公司,股價一直漲不了多少,所以殖利率就那樣子
搞不懂原理的人,還會以為(B)是一個好投資標的
這就是台灣一堆存骨磚家的邏輯,完全不求甚解
和波克夏的投資術完全是兩回事
波克夏是專投那種現金流很強、成長性也很強的變態公司
每天看到台灣人在存金融骨,就覺得很好笑= =
銀行的競爭力基本上只和資產規模有正相關
台灣的銀行萬年死魚,內部組織和公司治理都廢到笑
爆賺的那些科技業又不和銀行借錢
他們是股票上市賣股籌錢、抵押股票籌錢、發公司債籌錢
台灣的金融業根本沒未來可言,當心存骨存到變骨頭= =
台灣沒東西可以投資你就要去海外找
現在護照掃一掃,線上就可以註冊海外券商了,那麼容易
而不是台灣沒投資標的,就每天自我感覺良好自我欺騙
