牛仔褲大廠如興（4414）今（26）日宣布將以不超過5,000萬美元，取得老牌上市紡織股中和羊毛53.4%股權，預計3月底前完成本案後，取得中和羊毛的經營權。如興董事長陳仕修表示，這次併購效益將在三年內發酵，擴大如興在紡織業的版圖。
如興是透過取得中和羊毛大股東Keen Power投資及Sparkling Asia二家公司百分之百股權，間接取得中和羊毛53.4%股權，成為該公司最大股東，預計在收購完成後，透過資源整合，營運將更具規模，同時因資產規模擴大，不但可提高公司籌資能力，成本及競爭力都能進一步強化，亦可深入進行紡織產業多元化投資，加速營運規模。

中和(1439)過個年後一路往上噴原來是這樣的原因啊…
