如何讓richart簽帳卡有即時消費通知？ - 銀行

如題
小弟申辦綠狗卡一段時間，主要是為達到1%利息條件，有時會使用綠狗卡簽帳付款。
但是，消費當下都無法即時通知有消費行為，不管是簡訊、app推播或email。
手機為6s，有開啟通知權限、app內通知開關、重開機、重載app等。
也試圖在網頁申辦網路銀行，但也無法登入卡得利app。
致電客服都說richart app本身就有消費推播，要我重新設定。
想請問板上前輩是否有讓richart 簽帳卡 簽帳消費時會即時推播的方法，不管是簡訊 email 和推播？
