如何才算好的業務 - 保險

是這樣的,前一陣子透過某某網站保了我人生第一次的健康險,
跟他說明之後會減額繳清他也都ok,
但不知是太忙還怎樣,最近開始每次line問問題都要好幾個小時以上才會回覆,
甚至是一天的時間,雖然自己也都有在做功課,
但畢竟很多保險不懂的地方還是要詢問,
是想說做保險的業務真的忙到這樣連打開對話回覆的時間都沒有嗎?
那之後需要理賠的時候會順利嗎?還是要靠自己比較實在?
還是這是正常的,做保險業這行就是要一直去開發新的客戶,
所以要放大部分的心力在新客戶上嗎?
我不是做保險的,我也不懂,
之前我一直覺得保險的熱忱度和專業度很重要,
但最近覺得,是否他們只是一個幫你投保的窗口,
其他的你要自己來,因為你也沒付諮詢費,
他們也要養家活口,當然不能放太多心思在你身上
不知道是否是像我說的這樣,
是不是我要求太多了?想問看看各位板大的意見,謝謝!
