如何從台銀帳戶匯40萬到其他銀行帳戶 - 銀行

小弟目前只有台銀台幣帳戶(有開通網路銀行)
最近會去開其他銀行台幣帳戶，想說把台銀帳戶這邊的40萬匯過去新開帳戶那邊
但小弟以前都沒有去銀行臨櫃辦理相關業務的經驗 (去過銀行次數=辦理開戶次數)
剛剛爬了一下版 好像也沒有看懂....
原本想用網銀轉的，但發現台銀網路銀行的我每月轉帳上限是5萬(非約定)/10萬(約定)
因為這筆錢急著開好戶後就要轉過去，所以想說就臨櫃辦理
想問大家一下 有沒有辦法不用把現金領出來
就能直接把台銀帳戶的40萬轉到其他銀行的台幣帳戶那邊?
是要填寫哪種單子 (小弟都沒有填過任何單子...)
要攜帶以下那些證件?
(1)身分證
(2)台銀帳戶存摺
(3)台銀帳戶開戶印章
另外想問一下 填單子時金額那邊可以寫阿拉伯數字嗎?
單子上面是否要寫上我台銀這邊的帳戶號碼和另外一邊的帳戶號碼?
姓名也要寫嗎?
