對政府來說,如果在這個水位要維持股市榮景,甚至未來衝20000點,30000點的話..
別說打房,他們還希望房價漲愈快愈好呢,最好是類似1987-1989年那種漲法
房價漲會讓上市公司資產被重新評價,會有資產重置增值效應,
這也會讓本益比可以被大幅拉高,另外理財型房貸也能多貸,資金動能更大,
對於股市絕對是正面遠多於負面,所以房價大漲,通常股市不只會被連動,
而且還會有抗跌力道,問題是政府要考量民情,要考慮房價上漲過速引發的民怨
與未來的選舉,因此個人看法是政府會放著讓房價漲,
這樣股市才會得到支持繼續往上的理由,央行的措施頂多就是降低漲幅而已
