問題
因應最近股市大規模動蕩
投資人信心不穩
應該要考慮推出大規模救市方案
可以考慮幾個點 增加投資人信心
1. 漲跌幅減半
2. 降低利率 放寬貸款信用管制
3. 實施大規模QE(量化寬鬆)
4. 禁止平盤以下放空
5. 發放大規模補助金(每人每週xxxx台幣)
