如標題 我這個月大戶回饋有誤
上個月總共刷了4,360元
分別為:加油站920元 溫泉960元(符合旅館) 出去玩住宿2,480元(符合旅館)
分別回饋:國內44元 任務44元 通路48元
怎麼算都不太對
打電話去客服
男客服A:通路回饋要次月才會入帳唷，請您下個月再留意。
掛斷後我再打開官網跟網銀對照，發現我三月帳單也是加油哪來的任務?
再次打電話給客服
女客服A:回饋確實少一筆住宿的金額，我們會專案處理，後續會再連絡您所留存的電話。
結論:別太相信客服的話....帳單內容及回饋金額還是要多自我查驗
不然就要傻傻得等到5月 才知道客服一開始就講錯了....
