老牌家電大廠大同(2371)在新經營團隊帶領下,除積極整飭重電、
馬達與消費家電等本業、推動電動車等新事業外,也在規畫集團土地資產活化。
根據《鏡周刊》引述知情人士說法,
大同2大股東王光祥和鄭文逸有意推動大同大學遷校,
移往集團旗下的基隆尚志貨櫃場,並將現址連同大同總部共同開發後出租。
但大同公司回應為「無稽之談」 的傳聞,不予回應。
據《鏡周刊》報導,大同大學遷址將為集團帶來龐大收益,
位在台北市精華區的大同大學校地若拆掉重建,
每年租金收入就可貢獻大同每股純益約0.5元,
且此案在林挺生20多年前執掌大同時期時就有所規劃案。
大同去年經營權易主,由大股東王光祥為首的市場派,
挾龐大股權從公司派林郭文艷手中搶下經營權。
去年底,在王光祥與林郭文艷共同支持下,
由大同出身的前中美晶以及環球晶董事盧明光接任新董座,
並延攬前鴻海高層鍾依文、戴豐樹出任總經理及執行副總經理。
盧明光當時表示,將改善大同重電、家電、資訊及綠電等本業營運,
他並豪言將積極透過馬達發展電動車等新事業,
預估5年內公司將營業額從200億元提升增至1000億元。
大同雄厚的土地資產則交由大股東、後續接任尚志資產董事長的王光祥負責。
針對大同大學現址,王光祥去年底就曾表示,
「這塊地是很好的資源,是國家級資源,不是想開發就開發,
賣出去就買不回來,蓋好再租出去是最好,估計有12%出租收入」,
呼應如今大同大學遷址的傳聞。
