隨著疫情趨緩全台大解封,國旅也開始復甦,在邊境管制尚未解除下,報復性旅遊讓觀光
區不僅從谷底翻身,端午連假和暑假訂房跟著大爆炸; 屏東墾丁是南台灣度假勝地,民
眾比價時卻發現,前一陣子飯店殺到見骨的促銷方案全沒了,又回復過去的高房價,有人
抱怨雖說前陣子疫情期間慘虧,但看準解封後國人無法出國趁機調高「撈回來」,恐會嚇
走一票消費者。
「房價是依據市場自由機制,趁機大撈一筆的說法不公平!」墾丁五星飯店主管說,今年
一至四月疫情發燒期間,平日住房一至二成,周六約五至六成,飯店沒有裁員、放無薪假
,沒有一家不慘賠的,他們第一季虧損就破千萬,為拉抬住房率,飯店祭出限量下殺兩折
的破盤價和三至四折的優惠方案,是市場機制使然,國旅復甦後需求增,自然取消殺價。
全台解封後,墾丁五星級的凱撒、福華和夏都沙灘酒店,本月平日恢復住房率五至六成,
周六幾乎滿房,端午連假現已滿房,隨著7月1日交通部每房千元旅遊補助開跑,暑假7月
和8月住房預期會比去年還好;一家五星飯店主管說,國旅剛開始復甦,各家飯店目前到
暑假的房價,平假日都還是比去年同期便宜一至二成。
在民宿部分,吳姓民宿老闆說,墾丁核心地區民宿本月起也重現假日滿房榮景,區外則回
升至五成,現雖已不見千元以下的超低價,但房價調漲動作也不敢太大,怕嚇跑客人,為
