[心得]：原本想說想辦看看可不可以順便拉高額度，結果……
還是2萬Orz
說真的土銀真的很慢，不管是開戶還是核信用卡都超久！
開戶花了快20天才拿到，信用卡是一個多月才在app裡面看到核卡金額
我有問過同事，跟我一樣有學貸的人
一個繳一半也是核2萬
一個快繳完的是核3萬
真的心臟很小顆……
而且我拿到掛號時候，真的差點昏倒
之前第一寄過來的信，是一封完全白的信件
可是土銀是上面有印正卡持卡人，而且在信封上面用原子筆寫信用兩個字……這也太誇張了吧？！
這間銀行真的是……有空我就要拿回去分行剪卡
