團險和誠實保險相關問題 - 保險

哈囉想請教大家幾個問題。
還沒踏入職場前一直都以為團險是公司幫員工保，而保費也是公司付，
後來看了幾個月的薪資明細表上團險的減項就有點混淆，@@。
團險這東西不是公司給員工的福利之一嗎？
還是它只是以公司的名義當一個團體作要保人幫員工投保，然後保費再分別和員工收？
若這樣的話員工們想保團險的揪團五人以上不是也可以保？
是為了方便性還是有法條規定呢。
另外誠實保險的保費為何是由員工付呢？
若員工捲款潛逃，財產受損的是公司，
所以是員工對公司有保險利益，該由公司作要保人付保費吧，@@?
