上個月因COMBO悠遊卡感應出問題,去電0800客服要求換新並到分行領
屁股坐了一小時才叫到號碼..
行員拿出新卡信封和簽名文件到我離開時整個過程不到5分鐘..
這符合比例原則嗎..真的等到一肚子氣
自動化機器和網銀時代到來..真的需要臨櫃提存轉的客戶只會越來越少
反而其他手續(新增約定帳戶/更改地址/換領卡片)部分很多都要臨櫃辦理
而這些"其他手續"都和"要開戶的"一樣趕到服務台領號去...
開戶很久我想大家都有經驗 半小時跑不掉吧
加上服務台才2~4個行員在作業...
印象中土銀好像也是這機制..
這真的要改一改啊,真的不合時宜了
例如
1.開戶另外叫號且優先權最低
2.像中國信託/台灣銀行那樣沒在分業務類別
隨便那一種客戶體驗也不會這麼差
純抱怨..我想就算去填意見信箱也反應不到高層去
