國外網購通知這樣的訊息合理嗎? - 信用卡

好像要我提出
1.帳單地址影本
2.信用卡照片影本
都沒有遇到類似的情況過
請問這是正常嗎?

2: A copy of front and back of the credit card. (for security purposes
please black out the last 3 digits on the back of the card in the signature
area).
