保戶抱怨買錯保單時 大部分業務就會說"誰教你投保時不搞清楚"
這二種說法 在保險版上已經被一堆業務說到濫了
把所有過錯全都推給保戶 業務自己全都沒錯 這種推卸責任的說法實在是很噁心
如果業務是真的為保戶著想 就請不要說這種推卸責任的話
要賣保單 要高額佣金 就請老實說 而不是以溫馨的關懷說法來包裝銷售手法又推卸責任
像敏鷹保經的作法 在版上引起不少人反感
但至少他們很誠實 就是要賣儲蓄險 就是要高額佣金 你保戶保額太低那是你家的事
一個是老實說我就是要賣高佣金高額單不重視保障的敏鷹保經
一個是打著為保戶著想的大旗 但一樣是想想賣高佣金高額單也不太重視保障的其他業務
二相比較之下 銷售話術講得冠冕堂皇但又最會推卸責任的其他業務 會比較令人反感吧..
