嘉信更新W8ben後出現奇怪訊息 - 理財

上週末登入嘉信時顯示需要更新W-8ben
所以填一填之後就送出了

今天再登入時卻顯示以下訊息:

Our records indicate you are not eligible to
complete the W-8BEN form at this time.
If you believe you are receiving this message in error,
or if you have further questions about the W-8BEN form,
please call us at 877-686-1937.

請問有人知道這是什麼問題嗎? 覺得好毛
這次更新W-8ben有把ITIN填進去，
不曉得是否這個原因?
