嘉信支票問題 - 理財

今天登入了網頁版嘉信系統
偶然看到 在 服務>帳戶服務>借記卡 裡面
Debit Card可以看到一張 Scheab One VISA Debit Card
但是在Checks的部分顯示
You are not enrolled in check writing.

To enroll in check writing,
follow the directions in Accounts without Cards & Checks

我特別從訊息中心裡面拉出了我當時傳送的電子表單
確實是有申請支票服務的
想請問這樣子手上拿到的支票到底是能不能使用的
還是拿到後可能忘記做了什麼動作?

題外話
2020年初申請完後順利拿到了支票跟提款卡
但是一共收到兩份
提款卡 卡號到期日安全碼都完全壹樣
支票 封面不一樣 內容樣式相同 編號不同
當時打電話問了客服 不過忘了問支票部分
提款卡客服只說隨便剪掉一張就好
使用上也沒遇到什麼問題
不知道會不會跟這件事有關係？
