本文與信用卡相關性不大，板主認為無關連性或者離題太遠可任意刪除不需告知，謝謝。
這個國家(可能有人不認同這個詞彙)充斥著一群人，滿口惡法亦法訂出來就是要遵守，
但當別人據該法力爭的時候又指責別人態度不佳，還有替銀行抱屈的，小弟我在信用卡
板上從來就不是什麼伸手牌，也不會說已爬文然後問一些我十秒鐘就可以找到答案的問
題，有些人也許沒跟官股銀行打過交道，沒見識過死相的公務員(這種老人居多)，一樣
的東西可以跟你翻來覆去講二十遍也不厭倦，或者乾脆跳針式回應，只講他想講的，不
回答你的問題，我現在當然早就不生氣了，但回想起來打交道的過程還是不爽到不行。
有見過我或者看過我講電話的，口氣不會比美國運通客服差，不過大家，若是這麼在乎
態度的話，建議開個態度板，大家每天去你好我好大家好，和樂融融。
分享，只想給有意願看的人，我氣量沒那麼大，沒辦法辛苦上傳後再來收噓：噓態度。
跟土銀要到聯徵報告後，熟識的人就免了，直接傳訊給我就好；其他想看的人用箭頭告
知吧，免得這篇"廢文"萬一太多人推，又被別人靠北，我爛草莓到時候心態不平衡，就
直接砍文了。
