台股跌破10年線！學者建議：保本就買台積電
武漢肺炎衝擊股市，台股開盤即跌落十年線之下，今日盤中更一度大跌逾600點。對此，學
者杜紫宸表示，若手上有閒錢，可以考慮布局台積電，這是最有效和安全的方式。
台股早盤以挫跌220點開出，隨即摜破9000點與10年線9110點關卡，盤中跌勢不斷擴大，一
度狂瀉695點，指數最低來到8523點，創下2016年7月以來新低。國安基金臨時委員會預計下
午5時召開，若通過授權國安金護盤，最快明日將進場。開始執行護盤任務。
對此，杜紫宸在臉書發文表示，手上若有閒錢，可以考慮現在進場去買台積電，相對股價很
低，最重要的是今天下午國安基金委員會召開會議，明天極可能進場護盤，要拉大盤指數上
萬，最有效、安全的方式就是買台積。
