外資摩根士丹利（大摩）日前指出，台積電（2330）將面臨HPC（高速運算）需求下滑、
智慧機晶片尺寸縮小，以及代工廠競爭激烈等隱憂，調降台積電投資評等和目標價，導致
股價連跌多日。對此，台積電董事長張忠謀今天表示，這跟人力市場一樣，都是「自由市
場」，加上AI運用，未來沒有需求減緩的隱憂。
針對外資評論，張忠謀今天出席工商協進會早餐會後回應，高速運算需求是自由市場的問
題，用不起就不用，但有人用得起，完全是價值關係。他也提到，大家都在講AI，AI需要
高速運算，且未來發展看不到什麼限制，看好HPC應用將會非常廣，沒有需求減緩的隱憂
。
展望明年首季，張忠謀指出，第一季營運本來就是比較低的，但現在看起來還好；至於被
問及是否滿意目前兩岸政策，他則表示不評論。
