台股今（15）日早盤一度攻上萬六新高點，但隨後翻黑，終場下跌90點，收在15,616點，
跌幅0.58％，失守15,700點，約1700家下跌；而台積電跳空開高，最高達625元，終場小
漲9元，收601元，漲幅1.52％。
萬寶投顧總監蔡明彰在東森財經節目《這！不是新聞》中表示，最近推升台積電的主力，
其實是近期最夯的ETF國泰台灣5G+（00881），這說明一件很重要的事，「沒有台積電，
台股更健康」，未來台積電休息、放慢了，台股還是會上漲。
而蔡明彰也對富邦VIX（00677U）提出警告，VIX再跌下去就要下市了，恐怕重蹈去年元大
S&P原油正2覆轍，因此，國泰台灣5G+告訴我們，未來的利潤還是有，即便沒有台積電，
台股還是有利潤，但也不能過度放心，一旦VIX跌到要下市，台股恐怕也會樂極生悲。
今日富邦VIX開低走低，持續在平盤下游走，終場下跌0.18元，-5.14％，收3.32元；證期
局昨（14）日示警，富邦VIX溢價大且瀕臨下市風險，若近30日平均淨值低於2元以下就會
下市，金管會不會再出手干預下市。
