台積電上周宣布結構性調薪2成,外界解讀台積電「調薪2成」,讓不少上班族羨慕,不過

台積電內部上周公告,自明年1月1日起,將對由公司直接聘僱的台灣地區正職且有參與員
工分紅的員工進行薪酬結構調整,將部分變動薪酬轉換為固定薪酬,固定薪酬將提高20%
,提升人才留任與招募上的競爭力。
對於外界大肆報導台積電「調薪2成」,有員工不滿投訴,「有調跟沒調一樣,內部都講
了,把原本分紅的%數調到本薪,所以如果5萬薪水分紅10萬,以後就是6萬薪水分紅9萬。
請問有調到什麼嗎?一直猛爆(報)我們很辛苦。台積本薪是業界最低。就是靠分紅而已
。」
事實上,台積電不僅在公告上說明表示「將部分變動薪酬轉換為固定薪酬,」且固定薪酬
雖提高20%,變動薪酬將同步降低,調整前後的員工整體薪酬變動不大。主要目標也是是
希望能照顧年輕的基層員工,符合他們需求,讓員工更有感。只是外界錯誤解讀成台積電
大幅調薪2成,讓部分員工不滿。
台積電過去由於員工分紅費用化影響,曾於2006年將員工分紅佔每年稅後純益比率提高至
15%,但2010年台積為調高員工薪資,曾大幅結構性調整薪資水準,因此員工分紅佔年度
稅後純益比率改成13.5%,隨後逐年降低。近2年員工分紅比例已降至6.71%左右。
不過,有法人指出,台積電降低員工分紅比例可望提升股東權益報酬率,但台積電每年獲
利持續大幅成長,在獲利成長幅度大於分紅佔獲利比重下降幅度的前提下,員工還是可以
期待員工分紅會持續成長,而本薪提高2成,把底薪拉高,對於每年3~5%的調薪更加有利
,同時,台積電應該是對自己未來營運展望非常有信心,否則一旦調高本薪之後,就很難
再調回去,對於員工未來還是比較有保障。
另外,台積電調整薪酬結構之後,對於延攬國際人才上也較具吸引力,在招募人才時才會
