房價遲早會崩的
現在只是在吹泡泡
維持泡泡的負擔建立在租客的身上
房子的價值建立在租客能不能負擔這筆錢和租客的數量
當哪一天泡泡被吹大到租客受不了 就會停止成長
投資客意識到持有房屋價值不會成長 還會被通膨吃掉
就會開始拋售 一開始只有一些人拋售
發現空屋越來越多 開始人踩人
再加上年輕人越來越少的條件
就會像日本一樣崩了
崩了 對自住戶沒差 對投資客有差 對銀行有差
沒人願意繳貸款給銀行 銀行回收房子還會倒賠 引發倒閉危機
所以政府至少不會讓房價急崩
