信用卡部門打電話來問我要不要辦，想說也看這張看很久了，就辦了一張鈦金卡(master)。
卡也很快就下來了，但是發給我很醜的玉璽卡(VISA)
★心得：
我就想說奇怪我應該沒選錯啊，結果打去客服一問，客服說有人(他們台新的) 幫我改成玉璽卡
客服還跟我說，如果剪卡重辦的話就沒有新戶首刷禮
我就好奇了，為什麼他們的人會有權限更改我的申報資料，然後我還得剪卡重辦讓他們再賺一張卡的業績？
我應該要叫他重發，或是直接客訴他，讓他們知道不能這樣搞吧？還是大家有什麼更好的建議嗎
