各位版友好，來報告一個今天和台新客服問到的消息
（應該很多版友都知道了，可是像我這樣後知後覺的應該也有不少 XD）：
如果用黑狗卡，在台新銀行繳費中心：
https://my.taishinbank.com.tw/Payment.jsp
刷卡繳公用事業費如水電費、電信費用，是被列入一般消費，
也就是有1.5%的回饋（有綁定richart帳戶的話）。
我之前一直不知道這件事，因為之前詢問客服，都是回答說：
「用黑狗卡繳公用事業費或電信費沒有回饋喔」今天才釐清了這件事。
所以來做個報告。
