〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕可成（2474）今天上午公告，旗下三家投資公司共賣出26189張（
千股）的嘉聯益（6153），獲利 7 .4億元。
可成是在今年3月，在蘋果公司促成下，透過子公司參與嘉聯益現增案，以每股38元取得2
9665張嘉聯益增資股，如今公告賣出26189張，等於是把三個月前認的嘉聯益增資股全數增
多，可成此動作引發法人圈猜疑，認為嘉聯益恐怕在蘋果的認証上出現變數。
嘉聯益今年辦理這個現增是一波三折，原本發行價是每股40元，但是市場不景氣，公
司調降現增價到每股38元，仍認購不足，因此傳聞是蘋果要求可成出馬認足。
可成今年三月認購嘉聯益現增時指出，雙方結盟是為了因應大客戶未來新產品所需的準
備，而嘉聯益與可成分別在軟板、機殼產業為領先企業，彼此合作將有助於開發出更具競
