前述
我在日本網站刷卡,但目前尚未真正交易,僅是交易$1測試卡片
因交易的條件是用抽籤的,不一定會中,但因為網站個資打錯,所以就算抽到也拿不到商品
(不是以$1抽籤)(抽是抽"資格",若有抽中還是要付商品原價=>[用此張卡再交易一筆])
目前已打客服控管卡片(客服有告知離線交易還是可以過)
問題一.上次已經進行過一次與此筆相同的交易=>(抽中後再次授權商品的原價),
授權時會即時收到簡訊跟Email,以這樣情況來說,會算是離線交易嗎? (我是用元大的卡)
問題二.在控管前進行的授權交易,會影響入帳嗎?(因為目前已控管)
還是說在控管之前的已授權,都可以正常讓店家請款入帳
謝謝
我的訴求是 1.如果這筆抽選有抽到,不要讓他再授權(商品原價)交易
2.卡片控管前的交易要能夠正常入帳
