最近收到簡訊說只要上網登錄後，每一階段累積消費滿幾個 6888 元就會
提供下一階段幾個 164 元（每段上限 4 個）的刷卡金回饋。
第一階段： 103/12/15～104/1/31
第二階段： 104/2/1～104/2/28
如此算起來最高回饋率就是 2.38％ 左右，例如：
164 / 6888 = 2.38095 ％ 或 328 / 13776 或 492 / 20664 或 656 / 27552 四選一
最慘的情況是該階段累積消費達 6888 + 6887 = 13775 之類...
這樣因未達第 2 個 6888，所以一樣只回饋一個 164 元，算起來：
164 / 13775 = 1.19056 ％
若這樣就比不上鑽金卡的 1.2 ％ 了，各位精明的卡友以為呢？
