小妹第一次發問
如有違反版規立即自d
因為小緊急，所以上來尋求大大的意見
事情是這樣：
今年某月新進一位新員工
當時就要求他加保本公司勞健保
但他告知他已在別處加保，拒絕在本公司投保
後來公司也給他簽署一張不在本公司投保切結書
（是自己打的同意書）
對方也簽署了。
（有加入公司的團保）
在昨天員工好像是在上班途中摔車
沒想到今天演變成內出血，要開刀
結果老闆一問之下才發現新員工在他處也沒保勞健保
（疑問1：健保若沒保的話應該會被通知要補繳才對？）
這樣公司會有責任嗎？
若是對方父母咎其責任，我們能因為切結書而不用負責嗎？
（ps.在此的責任是指法律上的違法處罰或罰鍰
但團保的賠償還是會給該員工～還有該員工應享的福利等等）
