目前是使用花旗長榮鈦金卡 打算要剪卡
請問一下本月帳單出來 是11/1扣款 那麼新增的哩程點數是要等扣款後才生效
或是帳單前就生效了?
我是否要等扣款完 再告知要剪卡?
